From the kitchen you can access the smallest room of the Museum. This room is dedicated to the art and science of wine making. The tools and appliances found here were an important part of our culture and economy. In past centuries, our territory was famous for its wine production and names such as “Bonvino” and “Bonvinetto” (currently the names of two of the streets in our village) testify to the quality of our production. The wine press, the machinery to squeeze the grapes, the wooden bottling machines, and other related tools, are all part of a glorious wine making tradition.
